High Mar Senior Housing

 

 

The High Mar Senior Housing Complex is a $12 million, 59-unit, affordable senior apartment building developed by Boulder Housing Partners. Serving households earning between 40% - 60% of the Area Median Income, the project is the first affordable senior housing project built in Boulder, Colorado in more than 30 years. in situ Design served as the Lead Architect and collaborated with B+Y Architects (now part of The Abo Group) on this Low Income Housing Tax Credit project. The project utilizes the very latest aging-in-place strategies and meets Enterprise Green Communities sustainability standards. The project received a national award for Best Senior Affordable Housing Project from Senior Housing News in 2014 and Best Built Project Award from the Congress for New Urbanism (CNU) Colorado Chapter.
